At Nottage Timber, we are committed to sustainability. All our wood is sourced from FSC or PEFC certified forests, ensuring that your home projects are as eco-friendly as they are beautiful.

How long does delivery take for oversized items?

Standard timber orders are typically delivered within 3-5 business days. For oversized slabs or custom-cut beams, delivery may take 7-10 business days depending on your location.

Can I request custom dimensions for my project?

Yes, we offer a bespoke cutting service. Simply select the 'Custom Cut' option on the product page or contact our team directly with your specific measurements before placing an order.

How should I store my timber before installation?

To prevent warping or moisture damage, timber should be stored off the ground in a dry, well-ventilated area. We recommend keeping it in the room where it will be installed for 48 hours to acclimate to the humidity.

What is your return policy for natural wood products?

We accept returns on all standard stock items within 30 days of delivery, provided they have not been cut, treated, or installed. Please note that custom-cut timber is non-refundable unless defective.
