At Nottage Timber, we take pride in the quality of our wood products and offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unmodified condition. Please note that custom-cut timber and bespoke furniture pieces are non-refundable unless a structural defect is present.

Secure Packaging
Carefully repackage your items in their original protective wrap to prevent moisture damage or warping during transit.
Courier Collection
Schedule a pickup with our specialized freight partners or drop off smaller hardware items at an authorized shipping location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our craftsmen verify the condition of the timber at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
